Changes and CancelationsUpon your request, Promotional Products Group, Inc. will make every effort, to change or cancel your order. As long as the order has not yet started the production process, no additional fees will be applied. If you require a change in your order, the set up fees may change depending on the situation.
If you decide to cancel your order and it has already reached the pre-production phase(set up) cancellation or change charges may apply. These charges are a direct pass through to you from the manufacturer.
If the items you ordered are actually in production, we cannot change or stop the order. The only changes that can be made at this time is the address to which you will have the items shipped. You will be charged the full amount for all orders cancelled after going into production.
